- Collaborate with the vendor/designer on the design.
- Engage in discussions with the dealer regarding development, dealer data, the Letter of Intent (LOI), and location approvals.
- Conduct site visits to assess the progress of construction.
- Consult with local vendors regarding the procurement of VI/SI and furniture.
- Oversee contract management with vendors.
Kriteria
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, construction, dealer network management, or related roles, must be in the automotive sector.
- Proficiency in project management and design tools/software.
- Basic knowledge of dealer investment/negotiation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel for site visits as needed.
