Job Description
- Oversee post-sales technical service activities to ensure all technical standards are well delivered.
- Act as a bridge between Aftersales, Factory, and Engineering teams to find solutions, drive product improvements, and create technical bulletins when needed.
- Collaborate with service partners and dealers on technical matters, including specifications, spare parts, warranty, and performance parameters.
- Lead and manage the 24/7 technical helpline team to deliver quick and accurate support for field issues.
- Manage personnel for dealer and customer visits to ensure fast troubleshooting and consistent service quality across Indonesia.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support within the 4W automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of ICE and EV vehicle technology and troubleshooting.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in solving technical issues with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Capacity to handle pressure in challenging situations.
