Job Description
- Oversee all tax-related activities (corporate, VAT, luxury goods tax, withholding tax, etc.) to ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports before submission to tax authorities.
- Manage transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions in accordance with Indonesian tax laws and China HQ requirements.
- Liaise with tax consultants, external auditors, and the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) when required.
- Handle tax audits, objections, and disputes effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field (Brevet A & B certification preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in taxation, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh, PPNBM) and automotive industry-specific tax issues.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, especially in handling tax audits/disputes.
