Job Description
- Set sales targets and target breakdown for the region and dealers.
- Achieve the sales targets for the assigned region by effectively managing and facilitating the wholesale process.
- Manage dealers effectively by coordinating with them to develop action plans aimed at achieving targets.
- Analyze and address key issues and problems, fostering cross-team communication and collaboration to resolve challenges.
- Drive multi-departmental initiatives to enhance dealer situations and performance.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and management roles, specifically within the automotive (principal/ATPM) industry.
- Previous experience in a regional/territory/area sales position.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, substantiated by specific numbers and highlighted in the CV/profile.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including market trends and competitor activities.
- Knowledge of Chery’s products and services or a quick ability to learn about them.
