Job Description
- Manage end-to-end livestream operations, including technical setup and visuals (cameras, audio, lighting) to ensure smooth execution and alignment with the brand's values.
- Collect, track, and analyze livestream performance data (viewers, leads, engagement) for continuous improvement.
- Assist in preparing scripts, talking points, and promotional materials for livestreams.
- Support training for dealers on livestreaming tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align content with campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in livestream operations and management across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Technical proficiency in livestreaming troubleshooting, with high attention to detail in execution quality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage schedules and live-stream data reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with the dealer, internal teams, and external platform partners.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
