Job Description

  • Lead the expansion and optimization of the aftersales network, ensuring accessibility and quality per Chery Sales Indonesia standards.  
  • Oversee dealer operations, set KPIs, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.  
  • Manage spare parts availability and distribution to support service efficiency.  
  • Develop strategies to improve customer experience and handle escalated complaints.  
  • Identify revenue opportunities in aftersales and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in regional aftersales or service operations within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of principal/ATPM automotive aftersales policies and operations.
  • Proficient in office software, particularly Excel.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language.
  • Strong communication skills.
