Job Description

  • Collaborate with the vendor/designer on the design. 
  • Engage in discussions with the dealer regarding development, dealer data, the Letter of Intent (LOI), and location approvals. 
  • Conduct site visits to assess the progress of construction.
  • Consult with local vendors regarding the procurement of VI/SI and furniture. 
  • Oversee contract management with vendors.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, construction, dealer network management, or related roles, must be in the automotive sector. 
  • Proficiency in project management and design tools/software.
  • Basic knowledge of dealer investment/negotiation. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits as needed.
